Job Summary
In-home, in-mobile hospice veterinary role providing compassionate euthanasia and hospice care for pets in Minneapolis and surrounding areas. Flexible 2–5 day workweeks with 3–4 un-rushed appointments daily, offering meaningful client interactions and support for families during emotional moments. Independent practice with strong onboarding, mentorship, and a supportive network to help you shine while prioritizing work–life balance. Opportunities available for 4-day and 5-day full-time schedules with base salaries starting around $107,500 and $130,000 respectively, plus bonus potential; 3-day full-time and part-time schedules are also available with prorated compensation.
Required Qualifications
- DVM/VMD or equivalent
- active veterinary license in good standing in Minnesota or ability to obtain
- ability to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care
- excellent communication and client-relations skills
- ability to work independently in a mobile/hospice setting
- willingness to perform home visits and travel within service area
- background in end-of-life veterinary care preferred
