Job Summary
In-home/mobile Associate Veterinarian role with Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Michigan. Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families, operating as a mobile veterinarian serving Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules, 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, and strong support through onboarding, mentorship, and a 24/7/365 Help Center. Includes opportunities to practice medicine with purpose and balance, in a company that emphasizes heart-centered care, autonomy in an established veterinary community of 400+ professionals, and a compensation structure with base salaries depending on schedule (4-day starting at $85,000; 5-day at $100,000 with bonus opportunities). Suggested locations include Zeeland, MI and Grand Rapids, MI, with in-home visits as the primary mode of service.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- eligibility to practice veterinary medicine in Michigan
- ability to provide hospice and euthanasia care in-home
- strong communication skills with pet families

- capacity to work independently and in a team
