Job Summary
In-home, mobile veterinary hospice role seeking an Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in the Grand Rapids, MI area (including West Olive). Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, allowing practice with purpose and personal balance. Features include onboarding and mentorship, a supportive leadership network, and independent practice within Lap of Love’s veterinary team. Compensation includes base salary with scheduling options: 4-day at $85,000 or 5-day at $100,000 plus bonus opportunities; 3-day and part-time prorated opportunities are also available. Candidates participate in a culture of kindness with ongoing professional development and remote support as part of a nationwide veterinary hospice network.
