In-home, Associate Veterinarian role providing compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in a mobile home-visit setting. Practice veterinary medicine with autonomy in a flexible schedule (2–5 days per week), delivering 3–4 un-rushed client appointments daily, with mentorship and onboarding support from a team of experienced leaders. Responsibilities emphasize high-quality client communication, emotional support for families, and delivering meaningful end-of-life care in a home environment while maintaining professional fulfillment and personal balance. The position allows independent practice within Lap of Love’s veterinary hospice model, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive practice manager network. The role is located in the Grand Rapids, MI area with related outreach to surrounding communities, including Caledonia, MI.
