Flexible 2–5 day workweeks with 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, offering independent practice within a supportive team, ongoing mentorship, onboarding, and 24/7/365 support. Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program
- valid veterinary license to practice in PA
- ability to perform hospice and euthanasia services in home settings
- excellent client communication and empathy
- comfort with end-of-life care and conversations with families
- excellent clinical skills and judgement
- ability to work independently and within a mentorship framework
- commitment to patient comfort and dignity
