Job Summary
Conduct independent small animal clinical practice across a network of trusted hospital partners with full clinical autonomy and no production quotas. Manage diverse shift coverage including surgery, dentistry, ER, and urgent care while maintaining a biweekly salary and choosing your work days through a dedicated scheduling coordinator. Receive ongoing mentorship from medical leadership, access to a veterinary social worker, and opportunities for continuous education and professional development within a collaborative community.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
