Job Summary
Conduct full-time small animal veterinary practice across a network of trusted hospital partners with clinical autonomy and dedicated medical leadership. Build a predictable 4–5 day weekly schedule by selecting preferred work days while receiving a guaranteed biweekly salary and option to earn extra through additional shifts. Manage diverse clinical rotations including surgery, dentistry, ER, and urgent care under a sustainable model that prioritizes patient care over production quotas.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
