Job Summary
Conduct independent small animal veterinary care across a network of trusted hospital partners with clinical autonomy. Manage diverse clinical experience including surgery, dentistry, ER, and urgent care shifts while maintaining consistent biweekly salary and full-time employment status. Choose your workdays from a flexible 4–5 day schedule built in advance by a dedicated coordinator, eliminating last-minute gaps and production quotas. Receive comprehensive support through medical leadership, mentorship, and access to a veterinary social worker alongside ongoing CE allowances.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
