Job Summary
Conduct independent small animal clinical practice across a network of trusted hospital partners with full clinical autonomy. Build a predictable 4–5 day workweek by selecting specific days while receiving guaranteed biweekly salary and dedicated scheduling support. Practice with access to medical leadership, mentorship, and a veterinary social worker, focusing on patient care rather than production quotas. Gain diverse experience in surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care as shifts are tailored to your interests.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
