Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery initiatives, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in safety awareness programs. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This entry-level retail position at a Marshalls store in Nashville, TN, offers a starting pay range of $13.50 to $14.00 per hour. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects.
