Full-time Associate Director Inpatient Medical Services (RN)

Oversee daily operations of nursing services and supervise all medical staff, ensuring comprehensive nursing coverage for all shifts. Conduct and interpret nursing assessments, review incident reports, and coordinate medical interventions for residents regarding tobacco cessation and MAT services. Manage pharmacy policies, process invoices for medical expenses, and ensure compliance with CLIA standards and accreditation requirements. Facilitate staff onboarding, annual competencies, and licensure renewals while approving medication changes in the EMAR system. Maintain effective relationships with the Medical Director, physicians, and clinical staff to support quality assurance activities and resident education on communicable diseases.
