Job Summary
Associate Dentist role providing high-quality dental care to children and adults, with a focus on underserved populations. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex for diagnostics; perform procedures with fiber-optic handpieces; maintain OSHA/HIPAA/EM training; work with a clinical team (1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider); care for patients ages 3–21 (up to 30% adults) and manage a daily office flow of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients. Treat patients covered by state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors; participate in mentoring and professional development opportunities; benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA options, disability, life insurance, 401(k), CE reimbursements and license reimbursements; VISA/Green Card sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Current, valid dental license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification
- DEA registration
- Nitrous Oxide certification if practicing in LA, MS, DC, TX, or MA
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to treating patients
