Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule meetings to create a welcoming environment. Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and assist with day-to-day transactions using the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Perform branch operations including managing cash vaults and ATMs while adhering to policies. Build trusted relationships by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and partnering with team members to achieve financial goals. This bilingual role requires English and Spanish proficiency and is located at the Irondequoit East Branch.
