Work closely with the Store Manager to coach staff, manage financial performance, and oversee rostering, budgets, and profit & loss reports. This hands-on leadership opportunity builds business acumen and operational expertise for those with two years of progressively responsible experience, including store leadership roles in hospitality or quick service restaurants. Required Qualifications
- Permanent full-time role
- 38 hours per week
- Fast-food Industry Award Rates
- A minimum of two years' progressively responsible experience
- At least one year in a customer‐facing role
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem‐solving skills
- The ability to lead effectively in a fast‐paced environment
- Previous experience in store leadership roles
- Experience supporting store operations
- Contributing to financial performance
- Exposure to rostering
- Exposure to budgets
- Exposure to profit & loss (P&L) reports
- A proven ability to develop teams
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
