Job Summary
As Assistant Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility, drive sales and elevate the customer experience through facility tours and targeted marketing efforts. You will mentor and empower assistant managers, oversee rent collections and financial records, ensure the facility is well-maintained, and participate in community engagement and local associations. The role emphasizes sales acumen, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to elevate service quality. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Full availability including weekends
- Experience in management, leasing, retail, or operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of success in sales and marketing is a plus
