Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager role by assisting the Store Manager in driving top-line sales, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring all associates follow safety policies and procedures. Manage daily operations through floor supervision during non-peak periods, delegate tasks to meet operational needs, and coach Sales Associates on performance and company directives. Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom while handling customer situations in compliance with policy, escalating issues as appropriate. Share customer feedback with leadership to improve the overall experience and hold the team accountable for executing KPIs. Work full-time hours (32-40 weeks) with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work 32-40 hours a week

- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
