Job Summary
Develop store atmosphere focused on customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals while assisting the store manager in exceeding gross profit, shrink, and sales targets. Manage associate schedules to maximize productivity and train staff to meet departmental sales objectives. Monitor customer transactions, POS systems, and restricted sale items, ensuring proper tender handling and adherence to company policy. Oversee product freshness, merchandising alignment with seasonal trends, and inventory processes. Maintain case temperatures, identify unsafe conditions, and report safety risks, theft, or fraud. Perform essential functions including standing, lifting 50 pounds, and bending.
Required Qualifications
