Job Summary
Lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store location by ensuring all team members deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic experience while holding associates accountable to policies and procedures. Manage daily operations as a floor supervisor during non-peak periods, maintain strict visual standards and merchandise flow, and coach Sales Associates on performance and company directives. Prioritize tasks to meet operational needs, drive efficiency in store processes, and escalate customer situations as appropriate. Work full-time hours (32-40 weeks) with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 32-40 hours a week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Climb ladders as needed
