Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager (ASM) at LoveShackFancy responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, driving profits, sales and customer service, helping hire/train/manage associates, and modeling exceptional service. Focus areas include achieving productivity and sales goals, coaching staff on client development, maintaining visual merchandising and housekeeping standards, executing opening/closing procedures, protecting assets, enforcing policies, and client book management/clienteling. The role requires leadership, organization, collaboration, and the ability to motivate and develop a sales-driven team in a luxury retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in luxury retail management
- Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
- Computer skills to include operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel and email
- Strong leadership, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High energy, entrepreneurial, sales-focused mindset and ownership of store business
