Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and executing store operations. Leads by example in sales techniques, analyzes KPIs, manages inventory and visual merchandising, oversees opening/closing procedures, leverages POS/CRM systems, enforces loss prevention, and supports staffing through coaching, mentoring, recruitment, and onboarding in collaboration with the Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience, ideally with 1+ years in Assistant Manager responsibilities.
- Strong sales focus and coaching ability.
- Proficiency with POS and office software (Word, Excel, email).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and use ladders or stairs.
