Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI, you will assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results, establish performance expectations, and identify training opportunities to grow the team. You’ll manage schedules, ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed, participate in interviewing store personnel, maintain product quality and signage, control losses, and support payroll and budget goals while upholding company policies and core values to foster teamwork and superior customer service.
