Job Summary
Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results; supervise day-to-day store activities; manage schedules; identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team; communicate company strategy and core values to foster teamwork; participate in interviewing store personnel; ensure inventory procedures, cash control, and loss prevention; maintain store cleanliness and signage; merchandise products to maximize sales; contribute to payroll and budget management; ensure timely completion of duties and provide high-level customer service. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate cash register, and meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages. 18 years of age or older. On-site in Raleigh, NC.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- Prior management experience preferred
