Job Summary
Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, develop and implement action plans to improve operating results, manage schedules, train and develop team, participate in interviewing, ensure inventory and cash controls, maintain store cleanliness and signage, merchandise and ensure product quality and freshness, support payroll and budget targets, and uphold store policies and the company values while delivering high levels of customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- Prior management experience preferred
- Meets any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
