Job Summary
Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results, supervise day-to-day store activities, establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports, identify training and development opportunities, ensure inventory procedures and cash control, support interviewing and onboarding, communicate store performance and customer feedback, maintain store cleanliness and proper signage, manage stock levels and merchandising to maximize sales, and contribute to achieving payroll and loss budgets while delivering high-quality customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- Prior management experience preferred
- Meets any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
