Job Summary
Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results; establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; identify training and development opportunities; oversee day-to-day store activities, including supervising staff, scheduling, inventory procedures, cash control, product freshness, and signage; participate in interviewing and onboarding; maintain customer service quality and resolve issues in the leader’s absence; monitor competitive environment and communicate adjustments; merchandize and order stock; manage payroll and loss controls; ensure adherence to policies and procedures; ensure safety, equipment maintenance, and store cleanliness; and drive team performance through coaching and development.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Prior management experience preferred
