Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at ALDI in Henderson, NV leads day-to-day store operations under the direct leader, assists with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results, supervises scheduling, builds and develops the team, and participates in interviewing. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- Prior management experience preferred
- Able to work 38 hours per week and full-time schedule
- Meets state/local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
