Job Summary
Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results, establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports, identify training opportunities, participate in interviewing store personnel, oversee inventory controls, cash handling, signage, and product quality to maximize sales, mentor and develop staff, ensure customer service excellence, maintain store cleanliness and safe operations, manage scheduling and payroll, and support budget and loss prevention goals while upholding company policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- Prior management experience preferred
- Meets any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
