Job Summary
Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results, supervise day-to-day store activities, manage schedules, and develop operational plans. Identify training opportunities to grow the team, participate in interviewing, ensure adherence to inventory and cash-control policies, maintain store cleanliness and signage, merchandise products to maximize sales, and help achieve payroll and loss budgets while delivering prompt, courteous customer service. Demonstrates effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to company policies, while modeling core values and maintaining store safety and product quality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- Prior management experience preferred
- Meets any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
