Job Summary
Assist store leadership with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results; manage scheduling and supervise day-to-day store activities; drive performance through training and development of team; ensure product quality and signage accuracy; uphold cash control, inventory procedures, and loss prevention; participate in interviewing and lead others to deliver prompt customer service; maintain store cleanliness and merchandising to maximize sales; monitor competitive environment and communicate insights to leadership; align with company strategy and core values while fostering teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- Prior management experience preferred
- Meets state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
