Job Summary
Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results; establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; identify training and development opportunities; supervise day-to-day store activities; manage schedules; ensure inventory procedures, cash control, and product signage; participate in interviewing and onboarding; maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and customer service standards; support payroll and loss prevention initiatives; lead a team to achieve store goals and adhere to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- Prior management experience preferred
