Job Summary
Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results; establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; identify training and development opportunities for direct reports; manage store day-to-day activities; supervise interviewing and onboarding of store personnel; monitor inventory procedures, cash control, and product signage; maintain store cleanliness and proper signage; merchandise to maximize sales; help achieve payroll and loss预算 goals; oversee team performance and escalation of issues; ensure adherence to company policies and data security; operate within regulatory requirements for alcoholic beverages.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- Prior management experience preferred
- Meets any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
