Job Summary
Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role overseeing store operations, supervising day-to-day activities, developing and executing action plans to improve operating results, managing schedules, training and developing team members, ensuring product quality and proper signage, maintaining inventory and cash controls, participating in interviewing store personnel, driving customer service excellence, and upholding company policies and procedures. Requires strong leadership, teamwork, communication, budgeting awareness, and the ability to lead staff to deliver high standards of service and store performance; includes on-site duties in Lake Delton, WI.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- Prior management experience preferred
- Meets state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
- 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI
