Job Summary
Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, develop operational action plans, manage schedules, conduct interviews, ensure inventory accuracy and product quality, drive performance through training and leadership, and uphold store policies. Responsibilities include setting clear expectations for direct reports, identifying development opportunities, analyzing competitive environment, providing product feedback, merchandising, maintaining store cleanliness and signage, controlling cash handling and inventory, and achieving payroll and loss-prevention goals. Requires strong communication, customer service, budgeting awareness, and the ability to lead a team in a retail environment; must be at least 18 and able to work on-site in Troy, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- Prior management experience preferred
- Meets any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
