Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager oversees day-to-day store activities, assists in supervising staff, develops action plans to improve operating results, sets performance expectations, identifies training and development opportunities, manages schedules, ensures inventory procedures, cash handling, and maintains merchandising and signage, participates in interviewing and payroll/expense objectives, enforces company policies, and ensures customer service and store standards are upheld.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- Prior management experience preferred
