Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for supervising day-to-day store activities, developing operational action plans, managing schedules, and identifying training opportunities to develop and grow the team; ensures store performance, maintains inventory and cash-control procedures, merchandises products, and supports the direct leader in achieving payroll and loss targets while upholding company policies and customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
