Job Summary
Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results; establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports; identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team; supervise day-to-day store activities; manage schedules and maintain inventory, signage, and cash controls; participate in interviewing and onboarding of store personnel; communicate goals, milestones, and updates; ensure product quality, freshness, and proper display; lead in achieving payroll and loss budget targets; enforce company policies and safety standards; maintain customer service excellence and store cleaniness; develop rapport with staff and foster teamwork aligned with company values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- Prior management experience preferred
- Meets any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
