Job Summary
As a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager in Luling, LA, you will assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results, establish responsibilities and performance expectations, identify training opportunities, supervise day-to-day store activities, manage schedules, ensure inventory procedures, cash control, and product signage, participate in interviewing store personnel, ensure product quality and freshness, merchandise products to maximize sales, and help manage payroll, loss prevention, and team development. You will support customer service excellence, maintain store standards, and escalate issues as needed while coaching and developing direct reports and aligning with company strategy and values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Prior management experience preferred
