Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager in driving top-line sales, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring all associates execute a customer-focused selling culture. Manage daily operations by holding staff accountable to policies, coaching performance, and delegating tasks to meet peak holiday and weekend demands. Oversee merchandise flow, stockroom organization, and safety protocols while escalating customer situations as needed. Work 32-40 hours weekly with flexibility for nights and weekends. This role supports the broader Pacsun mission to inspire youth through diverse brand partnerships and the PacCares community initiative.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 32-40 hours a week
