Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager in driving top-line sales, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring all associates follow policies and safety procedures. Manage daily operations by coaching sales associates, delegating tasks, and holding the team accountable for operational goals and customer experience metrics. Execute visual directives, maintain merchandise flow, and handle customer situations in compliance with company standards while supporting the Store Manager during peak periods. Work 32-40 hours weekly across weekends, nights, and holiday peaks to balance a strong management presence with approachability.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 32-40 hours a week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to talk or hear
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle or feel
- Must be able to reach, twist or squat
- Must be able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas
- Must have close vision

- Must be able to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting
