Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in driving a customer-focused, profitable store environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, delivering an engaging customer experience, coaching Sales Associates, and ensuring compliance with policies. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership qualities, manage operations effectively, and inspire staff while fostering a collaborative and accountable store culture. This full-time position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a passion for fashion and trends.
