FULL TIME ASSISTANT MEAT MANAGER

Develop a department atmosphere focused on creating and exceeding customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals while assisting the manager in meeting gross profit, shrink, and sales targets. Manage associate schedules to maximize productivity, train staff on job performance, and gain knowledge of products to cut, package, and merchandise items according to company guidelines and seasonal trends. Maintain proper equipment and temperatures, log case conditions, and ensure compliance with health department procedures. Report all safety risks, accidents, or illegal activity including theft and fraud to management. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and pushing.
