Direct store operations by assisting the Chief Workshop Manager with daily assignments, break schedules, and hiring recommendations while leading the team during shifts to enforce policies and manage security and cash. Drive sales as Floor Leader by coaching associates, forecasting targets, and maintaining brand-standard merchandising displays. Oversee inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and counts while resolving guest issues and ensuring adherence to safety procedures. Requires 2 years of store management experience and the ability to work a typical retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
