Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager in executing visual directives, maintaining merchandise flow, and ensuring all store associates follow safety policies and procedures. Manage daily operations by prioritizing tasks, coaching sales associates on performance, and handling customer situations in compliance with company standards. Serve as the floor supervisor during non-peak periods to maximize customer experience and drive top-line sales. Work full-time hours of 32-40 weeks, including weekends and holidays, while demonstrating passion for fashion and trends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 32-40 hours a week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
