Job Summary
Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in daily store operations and staff management to drive an Experience First guest experience. Lead and coach teams, handle hiring/promotion decisions, enforce policies, manage inventory and merchandising to brand standards, oversee security, cash handling, safety, and attendance, and collaborate to meet or exceed sales targets. Comfortable handling store leadership duties, scheduling, and contributing to business performance through coaching Bear Builders and maintaining a high-performing team. Strong emphasis on leadership, guest experience, operations, and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of store management experience
- High school diploma
- Basic understanding in the use of common store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance)
