Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager in driving top-line sales, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring all team members deliver an engaging, positive customer experience. Manage daily operations by prioritizing and delegating tasks to meet operational needs, coaching Sales Associates on performance, and holding staff accountable for policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Maintain merchandise flow, fill stock, and ensure the store and stockroom remain clean and organized to maximize the shopping environment. Provide direction on company directives, escalate customer issues as appropriate, and support associate engagement through recognition and feedback. Work full-time hours (32-40 weeks) with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Ability to frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- Ability to regularly talk or hear
- Ability to frequently sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach, twist or squat
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas
- Close vision
