Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager in driving top-line sales and profitability by supervising daily operations, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring all associates adhere to safety policies and procedures. Manage customer interactions and situations while coaching staff on performance, delegating tasks, and executing store KPIs. Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom environment to maximize the customer experience. This full-time role requires 32-40 hours per week, including weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with strong communication and math skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills
- Ability to work 32-40 hours a week
- Ability to work weekends, nights, peak holiday periods
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Ability to frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- Ability to talk or hear
