Job Summary
Lead the store location by managing daily operations, ensuring visual standards, and maintaining merchandise flow. Handle customer situations in compliance with policy, coach sales associates on performance, and delegate tasks to meet operational needs. Support the Store Manager in driving top-line sales while holding the team accountable for store KPIs and safety procedures. Work 32-40 hours weekly with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 32-40 hours a week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
