Full Time Assistant Manager

Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading a customer focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location. The role inspires and motivates others by exhibiting core value behaviors, ensuring the execution of the store's KPIs, and holding employees accountable to policies and procedures. Responsibilities include delivering an engaging customer experience, handling customer situations per policy, maintaining a clean and safe environment, sharing customer feedback with leadership, acting as floor supervisor during non-peak periods, coaching sales associates, recognizing outstanding performance, communicating company directives, delegating tasks to meet operational needs, executing visual standards, driving store process efficiency, maintaining merchandise flow, and upholding safety practices. The role emphasizes product passion, brand affinity, and leadership to foster a high-performing team and a positive customer experience, with a requirement for a high school diploma or equivalent and must be at least 18 years old. The position is full-time with a 32-40 hour weekly expectation and flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak periods.
