Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager role focuses on leading a customer-focused, sales-driven store under the Store Manager, delivering a positive and authentic customer experience while ensuring policy compliance, visual standards, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include coaching and developing Sales Associates, managing daily store operations, merchandise flow and stockroom organization, maintaining safety and cleanliness, executing visual directives, supporting scheduling and coverage during peak times, and upholding brand standards and product knowledge to drive store performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills
- Ability to balance management presence with approachability
- Ability to work 32-40 hours a week
- Weekend/Night availability for peak periods
