Full-Time Assistant Manager

Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and comp sales goals while recruiting, developing, and retaining a collaborative team. Drive customer engagement through product promotions, social media, and initiatives like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Maintain operational soundness by managing shrink and loss prevention, overseeing payroll hours, and scheduling associates. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback, then run sales reports to guide strategy. Merchandise the store using planograms, launch promos on time, and develop high-performing, customer-focused associates. Requires 1-2 years of retail store management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
